Thursday March 12th

10:00 am - Check-In begins 

   Set up your space and start scrappin

4:00 pm -  Announcements and Introductions, 

   *** Please be in attendance ***

   Bingo #1, Door prizes begin and end around 9pm

   Class Sign up begins

8:00 pm -  Evening Snack served by POD number 

 

 

Friday March 13th

9:00 am -  Door prizes begin and end around 9pm

9:00 am-11:00 am -Grab & Go Snack is served

9:30 am -  BINGO #2 and Announcements

2:15 pm - BINGO #3 and Announcements

2:30-3:30 pm - Vendor class: Stampin Up! with Kristine

4:15 pm - BINGO #4 and Announcement:s 

6:00-7:00 pm - Vendor class: Creative Memories with Martha

8:00 pm - Popcorn and Candy night served by POD number 

 

Saturday March 14th

9:00 am -Door prizes begin and end around 9pm

9:00 am - Grab & Go Snack is served

9:30 am - BINGO #5 and announcements    

10:00-10:15 am - Tool Time with Creative Memories

1:00 pm - Last call for Page Competition  

1:00-2:00 pm -  Vendor class: Stampin Up! with Kristine

2:15 pm - BINGO #6 and announcements

2:30-3:30 pm - Vendor class: Creative Memories with Martha

3:45 pm - BINGO #7 and announcements

6:30 pm - last call to collect tickets and turn into bag of choice 

8:00 pm -  Group Photo (T-shirt. colors: pink, lavender or white)

    Prize night begins! MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. 

    Snack / Fun treat is served

Sunday March 15th

10:30 am -Bingo #8 and announcements

11:00 am - Second Chance Drawing

MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN

12:00 pm - All tabs need closed out​

4:00 Pm -4 day events end

Bingo and 5th day door prizes begin

7:30 Pm - Bingo

8:00 Pm - Extra Day drawing (Must be present to win)
