Thursday October 15th
10:00 am - Check-In begins
** unless you are here for 5th day option or both weeks, then you need to
be in before 9am or wait till after 10am
Set up your space and start crafting
4:00 pm - Announcements and Introductions,

Bingo #1, Door prizes begin and end around 9pm
Class Sign up begins
8:00 pm - Evening Snack Served by POD Number
Friday October 16th
9:00 am - Door prizes begin and end around 9pm
9:00-11:00 am - Snack is served Grab and Go
9:30 am - BINGO #2 and Announcements
10:00am-10:15 am - Tool Time with Creative memories
10:45am - 12:00pm - Vendor class: Stampin up with Melissa #1
2:15 pm- BINGO #3 and Announcements
2:30-3:30 pm - Vendor class: 2Gs design with Connie #1
4:15 pm - BINGO #4 and Announcement
4:30 pm Groupie T-shirt Photo Near the photo wall
4:45-5:45 pm - Vendor class: Stampin up with Melissa #2
8:00 pm - Popcorn and Candy Bar Served by POD number
Saturday October 17th
9:00 -Door prizes begin and end around 9pm
9:00- 11:00 am - Snack is served Grab and Go
9:30 am - BINGO #5 and announcements
10:00am-10:15 am - Tool Time with 2Gs design
10:45am-12:00 am -2Gs design with Connie #2
1:00 pm- Last call for Page Competition
1:00-2:00 pm - Vendor class: Stampin up with Melissa #3
2:15 pm - BINGO #6 and announcements
2:30-3:30 pm -Vendor class: 2Gs design with Connie #3
3:45 pm - BINGO #7 and announcements
5:00 pm - Early Check out with Vendors Ends
** be sure check to out by this time if you will be leaving early on Sunday
6:00 pm- last call to collect tickets and turn into bag of choice
6:00pm - Vendors and staff are out for dinner and set up for the evening's prize night party!!
8:00 pm - Group Photo (T-shirt. colors: black, purple or orange)
