Weekend Rules & Guidelines

Absolutely no soliciting is allowed during the retreat. Please respect our registered vendors who have paid to be here by not promoting or selling any business-related products or services.

Vendor tabs are to be Closed out and paid by noon on Sunday if you do not pay your tab there will be a $20 collection fee paid to Creative Design Retreats, not paying will result in not being able to attend another Creative Design Retreat till balance and collection fee is paid in full. 

Once you have signed up for a vendor class you are required to pay for that class. Be sure you plan to attend or pick up the items before you sign up.

Each guest will be given approximately a 6ft x 5ft crop area (includes seating area), 

The Thermostat is pre-set and not to be changed by personal requests.

Absolutely NO heaters allowed in the crop room.

Music is pre-set and not to be changed by personal requests. When available by the hotel. 

Only snack foods and drinks in the craft room, all other meals should be eaten outside of the craft room, this is to be respectful of others sensitive to food smells. 

Morning snacks are grab & go as you please. 

Evening snacks are called by rows. Please wait until your row is called

Some are sensitive to smells, please be considerate with perfumes, foods, etc.

No e-cigarettes or vapes allowed in the crop room. 

Must be present to win the Grand Prize. (Do not need to be present to win door prizes)

Seats are assigned in advance and we do our best to seat everyone with their tablemates and to accommodate special requests but we can not guarantee these. You can not move seats without verifying with Christena.  

Use headphones when watching any kind of video or listening to music.     

Try to keep audio and video calls quiet and, if not a quick call please take them out of the crop room.

No outside Alcohol!! All alcohol must be purchased through the hotel. If the hotel does not sell alcohol you will need to go to your sleeping room or outside the hotel to consume.  This falls under Creative Designs Retreats signed contracts with each hotel and we can be fined for violations. There will be no exceptions.
